Sage Partners creates custom Executive Program: “Digitalization and Transformation: How to Be Successful in the Digital Future” for senior leadership team.
Management from a leading European industrial and service organization recognized the need to proactively meet the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation. Their question was how to inform, inspire, and create urgency for the leadership team. Sage Partners Larry Bennigson and Mimi Macksoud collaborated with our client for over a year to create a unique executive education program the client called their "Boston Master Class."
Mimi and Larry helped design, develop, and lead the custom executive program. Client participants included board chairs, CEOs of several operating groups, directors, and senior members of the client’s leadership team. This private program combined a mix of senior faculty from Boston’s leading business schools alongside CEO/guest speakers who shared their personal experiences. The program was delivered in venues that promoted an intensive learning experience coupled with social interaction. In addition to the deep education/learnings, company senior leaders crafted strategic and next-step decisions at the conclusion of the program that will help lead their digital transformation journey.
