Before Capco, Cordell was CEO of another private-equity backed company. Cordell is adept at leading organizations through challenges including rapid growth, recession, market shifts, and chaotic operating environments. In the Marine Corps, Cordell achieved the rank of Major and flew the AV-8B Harrier. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Cordell was an Air Officer and Forward-Air Controller during the fight to Baghdad. Cordell earned his MBA degree at Harvard Business School.

Tom Doorley is Chairman and co-Founder of Sage Partners. He was a spokesman for Deloitte at the World Economic Forum. Tom has been a lead director of several company boards and wrote the book Value-creating Growth. Tom earned his MBA degree at Columbia Business School.
