Tom Doorley is Chairman and co-Founder of Sage Partners. Before Sage, he was a leader in the strategy practice at Deloitte that was formed from the acquisition of Braxton Consulting, which Tom co-founded. He was a spokesman for Deloitte at the World Economic Forum. Tom has been a lead director of several company boards and wrote the book Value-creating Growth. Tom earned his MBA degree at Columbia Business School.

Mimi Macksoud is a partner at Sage Partners. She was the founder and CEO of a venture-backed software and information company that was ultimately acquired by Dow Jones. Previously she was the chief marketing officer for two companies, leading both to record revenues during a major recession. Earlier in her career, she led the sales and marketing effectiveness practice at Arthur D. Little. Mimi earned her MBA degree at the Tuck School of Business.
Cordell Bennigson is CEO of Capco, a private-equity backed designer-developer-manufacturer of highly-engineered devices for the DoD. He also serves as an instructor with Echelon Front, founded by former Navy Seals to offer experience-based solutions to complex problems based on combat leadership lessons. Before Capco, Cordell was CEO of another private-equity backed company. Cordell is adept at leading organizations through challenges including rapid growth, recession, market shifts, and chaotic operating environments. In the Marine Corps, Cordell achieved the rank of Major and flew the AV-8B Harrier. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Cordell was an Air Officer and Forward-Air Controller during the fight to Baghdad. Cordell earned his MBA degree at Harvard Business School.
